This document governs your use of the ph654 platform and all associated services. Please read it carefully before registering or using any ph654 product. By creating an account, you confirm acceptance of every provision below.

Each Philippine resident may hold only one ph654 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and balance review. All funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Single Account Rule. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered ph654 account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. ph654 reserves the right to suspend any account where submitted information is found to be false, misleading, or unverifiable.
KYC Documents. To activate full withdrawal access, Players must submit valid Philippine government-issued identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport) and a recent self-portrait photograph. ph654 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership in specific circumstances.
Processing Time. Standard KYC review is completed within twenty-four (24) business hours. Complex cases requiring additional documentation may take up to five (5) business days. Players are notified by email or SMS at each stage of the verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph654 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 for GCash and Maya channels. Minimum withdrawal is PHP 100 for e-wallet channels. Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by account verification level. Full verified accounts hold no maximum withdrawal cap, subject to individual transaction processing limits imposed by payment service providers.
Anti-Money Laundering. In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, ph654 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits where technically possible. ph654 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for accounts with high transaction volumes.
Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or Maya accounts are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours for fully verified accounts during normal business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to four (4) hours. ph654 is not responsible for delays attributable to payment service providers, bank processing schedules, or force majeure events.
Offer Terms. All ph654 bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers are governed by specific terms disclosed at the point of offer. These terms include the applicable wagering requirement, eligible game categories, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings, and offer expiry periods.
Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any portion of the Bonus Balance or winnings derived from Bonus Balance play is eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the offer terms, wagering contributions by game type are as follows:
Bonus Abuse. ph654 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk bet patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion between accounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotional access removed and outstanding bonuses voided. ph654's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If you initiate a withdrawal before completing the applicable Wagering Requirement, any outstanding Bonus Balance and winnings attributable to Bonus Balance play will be forfeited. Your real-money Player Balance remains withdrawable at any time without penalty.
Third-Party Game Rules. Each game available on the ph654 Platform is operated by a licensed Game Provider and is governed by that provider's individual game rules in addition to these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms regarding a specific game outcome, the game-specific rules of the licensed provider take precedence for that individual game.
RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG)-based games on the ph654 Platform — including slots, table games, and instant games — use software from providers holding active, independent RNG certification from recognized testing laboratories including but not limited to eCOGRA, iTech Labs, and/or GLI. Live casino games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) streamed in real time and are not subject to RNG certification as game outcomes are determined by physical action.
Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing correctly, ph654 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable stakes to the Player's account. ph654 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including Game Provider outages or server maintenance periods.
Prohibited Strategies. The use of automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any system designed to circumvent the game mechanics or gain an unfair advantage over the ph654 platform or other players is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
You agree not to use the ph654 Platform for any of the following purposes:
Breach of any of the above restrictions may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required.
All content on the ph654 Platform, including but not limited to the ph654 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of ph654 or its licensed Game Providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph654 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of ph654 content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Player Protection Commitment. ph654 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gaming on ph654 is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming ceases to be entertaining or begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, it is important to seek help promptly.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ph654, its directors, officers, employees, agents, game provider partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
ph654's Rights. ph654 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where ph654 reasonably determines that:
Player-Initiated Closure. Any Player may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting ph654 support with their registered name and account identifier. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance requirements. Real-money Player Balances are returned in full upon closure; Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant after twelve (12) consecutive months of no login activity. ph654 may apply an administrative maintenance fee of PHP 50 per month to dormant accounts after the twelve-month dormancy period, up to the account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting ph654 support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
Internal Complaints Process. If you have a complaint regarding any ph654 service, transaction, or account matter, you must first submit a complaint to ph654 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected], providing full details of the issue including your account identifier, relevant transaction references, and your desired resolution. ph654 aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.
Escalation. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within ten (10) business days of initial submission, you may request escalation to ph654's senior compliance team. Escalated disputes are reviewed and responded to within a further ten (10) business days.
Game Outcomes. Disputes relating to individual game outcomes are subject to review of server-side game logs maintained by the relevant licensed Game Provider. The Game Provider's server-side records are considered the authoritative source for dispute resolution purposes. ph654's determination following Game Provider review is final and binding.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ph654 Platform that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described in Section 15 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
ph654 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via SMS to the registered mobile number or email to the registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Continued use of the ph654 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14. The most current version of these Terms is always available at ph654.vip/terms-conditions.
Minor amendments, including corrections of typographic errors and clarifications that do not materially alter player rights or obligations, may be made without prior notice.
