ph654 is a platform strictly for adults aged twenty-one (21) years and above. ph654 does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is a mandatory step in the ph654 account activation process, and government-issued Philippine ID is required to confirm eligibility.
If ph654 discovers that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, the minor's data will be deleted from ph654's systems to the extent legally permissible, and any funds in the account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deducting any promotional credits received.
